Your Bijoux Mystery Box 2016

Your Bijoux Box is a monthly jewelry subscription box. For $36 a month (free shipping in the US and $10 to Canada) you will receive three pieces of  on trend, versatile and wearable jewelry. For Black Friday they released a mystery box. This box included 4 pieces of jewelry + a bonus item (cosmetic or accessory) for $19.99. It consisted of  items from previous boxes or jewelry samples for a value of $130+.

Everything came in their branded box and was individually packaged. I really appreciated this because it kept everything from getting tangled with each other. A couple were also in a bubble wrap to keep them more safe.

The Goods

Your Bijoux Mystery Box 2016

Indika Embroidered Bag–This would have been my bonus item, and it was the only item I could find that was featured in a box this past year. It measures 5×4 and has a plain black back and embroidered front. This could be great for throwing into your purse to hold some change or lip gloss, or storing a few small keepsakes in. It seems to be good quality and is quite sturdy.

I’m not usually one for gold, but I do love purple. I like that it has an adjustable back so it can go on different fingers as desired, and you don’t have to worry about fit. This is super cute and I’ll definitely wear it. I also have a ton that it will go with!

Next up was this necklace. I like that it’s unique and has a bit of an edgy flair to it. While I’m not a huge fan of gold, I do really like jewelry with a bronze look to it. It’s a great length too!

This delicate necklace is a good counter-balance to the previous one. It’s very simple and since it connects at the bottom you can change how much hangs down on one strand. It’s versatile and could be dressed up or down easily.

The last piece of jewelry and it was also a total win! It’s a statement necklace, but without being too outrageous. The silver, black and blue go nicely together and it’s another one that could easily be dressed up or down.

Final Thoughts

I’ve started being a lot more careful with mystery boxes because they often end up being a complete flop. I took a risk this year on this one and the Flex it Pink one that I posted about last week. I’m SO glad I did, they were both total wins! I’ll wear every one of these pieces of jewelry, and you really can’t beat the price. I’ve done this one in the past but this year overshadowed the past ones. Love!
