Memebox My Cute Wishlist 3

Memebox is a non-subscription Korean beauty and makeup box that contains 4-7 full sized and deluxe products varying from makeup, skin care, and hair & body products. Superboxes are also available which cater to those looking for full-sized products. The Superboxes have a specific theme, and each item in that box is carefully selected to fit that theme. Prices vary and shipping is $6.99. If you purchase Value Sets then you also receive a free upgrade to express shipping.  Boxes sell out fast so you have to jump on them while you can. New boxes are being released regularly.

I’ve got a huge backlog of Memeboxes that I need to review so I figured now was a good time to start! This is my second My Cute Wishlist box and I’m curious if it has any more “cuteness” than the others have.

Youngwoosa Oh! It’s Lovely and Soft Cream ($47.00)–Moisturizing cream that helps prevent moisture loss by creating a protective barrier over your skin. It makes your skin softer, silkier, smoother and healthier. This is really easy to use as you just apply the cream evenly over your face and pat it in for full absorbency. I haven’t been able to start using this one yet as I still have another open face cream that I’m working my way through.

Hope Girl Tinted Lip Balm ($12)—This is a lip tint and a lip balm. This is a deeply nourishing balm as it contains the co-enzyme Q-10 and shea butter. This is a really nice product. It goes on smoothly and gives a nice colour that isn’t too obvious.

Shara Shara Kissing Sugar Lip Scrub ($7.00)–This lip scrub contains grains of sugar and walnut shells that work as a natural scrub, rubbing away any dead skin cells. It also contains honey extracts, avocado oil, argan Spinosa kernel oil, and various vegetable oil complexes. You put this on your lips and rinse it off with warm water. This feels really weird to put on and I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my lips since using it. I will continue to use it until it’s gone, just in case it does something.

Shara Shara Fairy’s Make-up Synergy Sun Cream–This provides a strong protection against UV rays and creates an amazing synergy effect with base makeup. It helps to balance out uneven skin tones and textures. This is just really creepy. Like really. I’m saving this for summer because of the UV protection. At this point, I don’t remember the last time the sun was even out, it seems to be cloudy all the time lately! Regardless of when I use it though, it doesn’t take away from the fact that this packaging is just weird.

ddung Family Foam Cleansing Cream ($12.00)–This cream is enriched with various fruits extracts (plum, grapefruit, peach, apple, tangerine and blueberry) and it is very gentle and moisturizing. The bubbles that it creates work to remove all skin impurities that clog up your pores. It contains milk protein extracts, chamomile flower extracts, lavender extracts, peppermint leaf extracts and rosemary leaf extracts. With all of those items in it, you KNOW it has to smell great! This seems to work just like all of the other foaming cleansers I have had, but I’m still happy with it.

Tonymoly Red Cheeks Girl’s Patch ($2.00)–This is a hydro-gel cheek patch designed to deliver an intense moisture relief and a soothing effect on dry cheeks. It’s enriched with rose flower, cherry blossom, apricot, aloe vera, cucumber and green tea extracts. I received this exact product before, except for lips. It’s hard to see any results when you can only get one use out of the item.

This box just still doesn’t seem “cute” to me. The packing isn’t anything special and the names aren’t cute. The only item that could have been “cute” was just creepy. That said, I will use a lot of these products and so I’m definitely not unhappy with it.
